All MPS personnel hold current CPCS cards, are reference checked and have a verified work history ensuring we are able to offer personnel with the relevant experience and competence for every job.
As well as these checks, all our crane operators are visited on site and assessed on each crane they operate by one of our team of trainers/assessors. These assessments are carried out to ensure each operator is familiar with each individual crane and to ensure they are competent in its operation.
These site visits also ensure toolbox talks and updates on current legislation, licensing and health and safety issues. All these details are kept on our database and are updated to ensure we have information at hand when enquiries are made.
We also employ experienced London based ‘stand by operators’ who are always available to cover emergency, sickness and holiday covers with very little notice. This has dramatically cut crane ‘down time’ for our customers saving them time and money!
